Tamari is made with more soybeans than ordinarysoy sauce giving it a richer, smoother, and more complex taste. It isnaturally fermented for up to 6 months using GMO free soybeans. We donot add MSG or artificial preservatives. Tamari's fermentation processis different than ordinary soy sauce, giving it unique flavor enhancingproperties. Add Tamari to gravies, sauces and casseroles. Use it as amarinade and in stir-fry dishes. Reduce sodium levels in your cookingwithout compromising taste. One teaspoon of Tamari contains one-eighththe sodium as one teaspoon of salt.
